Inferno+ and Expand It, and hopefully Zombie Carnaval and Zombie Smashout if they have a worldwide release tomorrow.

Already got Expand It (and I recommend it for anyone looking for something "fresh" in the physics puzzler genre). Probably looking to get Inferno+ and Hero's Call. A few others have my interest - like Axon Runners - but not insta-buy status.

If you knew that you hate freemium games, then why would you be disappointed---wouldn't your expectations already be extremely low?

Are you disappointed in the gameplay or just that it's freemium??

I also don't like that it's freemium, but sounds like there's relatively good impressions so far in the thread. Although I hate freemium as much as a lot of others around here, I'm still planning to give it a try.

Ended up getting Heroes Call, Expand It!, and Inferno+. They have should be some pretty good games. No "big" releases tonight, but that's alright.

People take free for granted for a few reasons - first, they don't have anything invested in it. It was free, they didn't pay anything for it, so they can be as picky or critical as they please because there is no skin off their back.

Second, the "free" everyone is talking about isn't really "free." Whether it is time or gems or coins you must collect, there is a price of admission to continuing these kinds of games. For most, being charged constantly (buy 10 gems, use them, rinse, repeat) for consumable IAP is not the best way to play a game.

These free games prey on a player's impatience, hoping they will spring for some IAP in order to proceed in the game. Is it SO bad to put a price on the game instead?

I just feeling disapointed because a great game is ruined by iaps.. This game has a great potential of being my most favorite, but it is destroyed by iaps.. I really miss the days when games are all premium and there are no pay to speed or anything..

From tonight's iOS releases, Ichi and Project 83113 look pretty good. Will probably just be getting those two. Slow week overall.

No I think it has turned out to a general game release night discussion thread. Like BTT just told what he bought etc. but yeah, otherwise dead.
