RunRunDie! : A fast paced, high temperature running game.

    Gameplay

It's the end of the world, meteors are falling from the sky and your family of furballs is, rather unfortunately, struck by one. This sets them all alight and in their dismay they begin to run. It's your job as the player to guide each one safely through 30 levels (initially with a planned update adding more after release) to the pool of water waiting at the end, as you progress through the game levels go from simple tapping-to-jump to frantic organisation as you must manoeuvre the world around you to guide the protagonist to safety.

    Gameplay videos:

    Easy-ish level:

    Slightly Harder level:

I get destroyed playing my own game:

This is still very much pre-release quality, any feedback or suggestion is very welcome. So I'd appreciate it if you view the videos etc. :)

There's a single level demo of the game here (runs on Windows), not sure if that's frowned upon but... Here it is:

    Demo: https://www.dropbox.com/s/59sk88ka2hc6zh2/Demo%204.exe

(you have my word it isn't a virus, but if linking to this sort of thing isn't allowed I'll remove the link asap)

Use the mouse to play, left click simulates a tap. This level doesn't include and of the world manipulation features, just a test preview of an earlyish level in the game (might be quite hard to get used to, since there's no tutorial or easy levels in this).

    Also new pictures:

Below are a few first pass mockups of the different area graphics:

    This looks really nice!

  7. We are also making a Running Game and I've got to say that you got some nice game mechanics going on there! Congrats!

At the moment we're going with RunRunDie!, not sure if that'll be the release name but it seems likely.

Your game actually looks amazing (even if it's just graphically right now), is there a thread on here for it yet?
