Modern Combat: Sandstorm N.O.V.A. COD Zombies Uhh there are some others but I'm lazy. They aren't console quality, but still some of the best quality iPhone/iPod Touch games you'll get.
Modern console quality: GTA:CTW Chaos Rings In my opinion no other games on this platform come close in terms of console quality. CoD Zombies would as well if there was more meat to it, but there just isn't enough there in my opinion to add it to the list.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2- I played this on a friend's device and found it to be surprisingly good, pretty true to the original outside the soundtrack. Rayman 2- I had this on PC,but never finished it. Ignore the bad reviews, I was able to beat the game for my first time on the iPhone. Driver- Never played this one on the consoles, but many people insist it's a great port of a great game. As far as console-like games go, just about anything from Gameloft will do.
