Basically im looking for something beyond scrabble that we can play together. I can only do so much scrabble There are obvous ones like Monopoly etc but are there any games that we can play at the same time? Like whta about adventure games that require both of us etc...thta would be cool..like a Sherlock Holmes game that we're both walking around etc.. Thanks!!
Sorry that it's not what you're asking mate, but I really recommend Depict. You draw something and the other person guesses, then you swap. My girlfriend and I absolutely love it.
Thanks guys...all great ideas... !! Although something like i was describing would be awesome...walking outside or somehting together and its like co-op... maybe one day
Labyrinth 2 10 Pin Shuffle Flight Control Play Marbles (on sale right now!) Alive4Ever Returns (or the first one - if she likes killing zombies, that is) Galcon / Galcon Labs Cliffed HD Bombardiers Guild BattleBlasters Nukeball BT F.A.S.T. Cocoto Kart Racing I wish SlotZ Racer had a bluetooth/wifi mode - 4 player on one device is neat, but I'd love to play 4-player each on their own device so you get the cool view of your own car.
PS> I should add that Flight Control and A4ER are co-op games. If you guys like MMORPG sorta thing, Pocket Legends is fun, and if you both have iPhones with GPS Parallel Kingdoms can be entertaining (especially if you travel/commute much) Both of these can be played cooperatively.
Yeah Flight Control is nice, how about RTS+TD game, Space Station: Frontier or some fighting game, Blades of Fury by Gameloft or STREET FIGHTER IV
*Battle Bears: GO! when it is released is going to have a co-op mode & is a dual stick shooter. *Touchgrind has a split screen mode. *Omium is a shooter. It is real fun. *Air Hockey is way better on iPad and is universal. *You can both plant in Plants vs. Zombies. *Angry Birds is really fun. Either one if you'd want to save 4 bucks. iPhone version is a little blurry blown up, but it is basically the same thing. *Eliss is a real hardcore experience with even two players. It is about spreading apart planets & pulling them together to suck them into black holes. *Dominion HD is a real good risk-like game. *Board Box contains lots of board games for reall cheap. It is only pvp, and has no AI play right now.
Apologies for the self-plug, but as you're fans of Scrabble, you might like our board games collection - Astraware Boardgames - supports 2 person play both peer to peer and over wi-fi. Has 8 games in total including Checkers, Backgammon, Chess, Ludo and Reversi.
It's difficult to know the right etiquette for these types of threads. Is it OK for a dev to recommend their own games (if it's genuinely relevant to the question, and not just spamming)?
