I'm kind of dumbfounded that you would blow off LASW, that game is pretty much pushing the limit of the iPhones capabilities, and that it is hands down the best RTS on the iPhone ATM...

I'm kind of dumbfounded that you think a modern war setting is the same as a medieval setting.

Look theres not point in arguing here, you asked for a game, I gave you the closest game you can get to that game, and your being an ass about it...

He's not blowing it off, he's just saying that AoE2 is just 3x better, and that is true becuase it is on the computer so you can do so much more. LASW is 3x better than any RTS on a PSP. Its just the console. LASW is hands down the best RTS on the iPhone today.

everyone below me, this is why he said that

    1. I never asked for a game.
    2. There's a difference between saying 'LASW is AoE2 on the iDevice' and saying 'LASW is the closest thing you'll get to AoE2'.
    3. Calling me an ass doesn't add to your argument at all.

All he's saying is that LASW is the best RTS out for the iPhone. LASW is the closest thing you'll be to AoE2 on the iPhone.

Let's not blow this up to a all out flame contest.

Yeah, but it's true. (Sorry, this seemed like such a fun fight.) And I think a full-scale RTS like AOE could work on the iPhone with enough ingenuity. I think LASW shows the potential of the platform.

I always thought the first AOE was the best of the series anyway.
