Wow that's longer than I expected which is a good thing. Can't wait to pick the game up.

Great news on it being universal (unless i've jumped to conclusions) - and if you do get chance to incorporate the ability to play the game on one device and pick up on another (either via iCloud or something else) that would be a great bonus - especially if games last 3-4 hours typically!

It does look good and sounds interesting. Even though I'm getting other games this week I'm still getting this.

 

So when we say Thursday do we mean 00:01 UK time, or will it be out in NZ first

 

It'll hit NZ early Wednesday for our UK time I belive but in UK time it should be out Wednesday just after midnight yes.

Generally an AppStore link helps find it quicker but if you use search it'll eventually filter out to us. Sometimes I've been waiting at 12 and it didn't appear for 40 minutes or more after it still. But usually 12:01 is all good.

 

According to Pocket Gamer, the release date has been pushed back a week to July 31.

BTW on the app spy run through - what is the blurry border on either side of the screen for - is this iPad version only?

 

The blurry border is just because it was played in portrait rather than landscape. Either way it wouldn't fit perfectly into the proportions of a widescreen video. So it's an effect to make the video prettier rather than having black borders!
