    Hi,
As indie developer i am facing some drawback related to sounds, so far i am using others music and SFX for my game downloaded from internet, and they are free for commercial use however now i am willing make some of my own musics and sounds.

Just want to know that the music made on garage band using their software and other instrument resources will be copyright by apple?

I don't know anything about playing real instrument so i am completely depends on resources of garage band.

    sorry for the bad english.

    Have a nice day

Everything you create in Garageband is yours. Apple has no control over it.
Same with other music software such as Logic, Ableton Live, Reason, etc.
I'm also making music (chiptunes) for my upcoming game. I'm using Garageband on my Mac and the iMS-20 and iSequence HD apps on my iPad.

As far as SFX go, if you want simple 8/16-bit style sounds, search for an app called "cfxr". It's free and it's great to create some basic SFX.
