On a little retro kick, I'm old school and remember the Game and Watch LCD handhelds I did a quick search and found MonkeyLabor and Squibs, and of the other ones worth picking up? Also, I think we need a good new school game, with a LCD flavor Maybe a platformers or maybe even a good puzzle game of some sort???? Dev's???
http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=124185 Something like that, maybe? Or do you mean even further back?
Thanks! Seen it, but didn't get what you "do" from the screens. Do you have it, if so is it worth grabbing? Not life changing, I understand, but maybe not a throw away either. Really liking MonkeyLabor for what it is. A bleep, bloop... LCD
My faves are: Great Leaping Lambrettinis Monkey Labor Pele Ukulele Lady AURORA GW Escape (and all the others from GW Series) Octopus / Old Octopus (both gone from the app store)
aloha from germany thanks for mentioning our little game lambrettinis. good to see, that there are some folks out there, who likes these old games as we do. well, i have some news for the lambrettinis fans: we will make another lcd styled game! yes. we decided, which gameplay we will use, we have a theme and we will start soon. i think, it will be fun! and fun is the only reason for us to make it. ^^ you want to hear, how much sales the lambrettinis had? incredible 1.300 in three years. but it`s still not dead and there are people out there who love it. and so we do, so we don`t care about sales! (ok, i won`t hate it, if i get some money for my work but money isn`t the main reason. otherwise, i would just work for app-companies to get money for sure). ok, that`s all for the moment, we will inform you about the game as soon, as we think, we have something to tell or to show. aloha from bremen/germany, maura btw. we made another game: scream`n`run. a real chartburner. ^^ roundabout 1700 sales. in just a year. hell, we really have a sense for what people like. ^^
