Hi, I saw on the appstore at the "Star Trek" description that EA seems to release the boardgame Cluedo, which I really like. But until now I cannot find any information about the iPhone version. Has anyone infos, Screenshots etc.? Greetings, The Mythbuster
I think you might have misread this. From what I can see, all the Star Trek description references is Clue, although interestingly enough that doesn't appear to be available for the iPhone either It does appear that there is a J2ME version of Cluedo, and it looks really cool. Maybe we'll see an iPhone version of the game yet!
Hi, no I understand it correct! In the German appstore you can see Cluedo between SimCity and Sudoku for the iPhone ans iPod Touch (as now avilable) -> I think they submitted it with Star Trek ... so I hope for a soon release ...
Is Cluedo just a European thing then? I noticed that the J2ME version of Cluedo was a European release as well, and in the U.S. store there is definitely no mention of Cluedo.
No idea? On the other hand it took more than a half year until Scrabble came to Europe ... So perhaps this time is Europe first ...
I know as a user-modifiable data source Wikipedia isn't always the most reliable, but apparently Cluedo and Clue are the same thing! Cleudo is the European variant and Clue is the North American version. Here's the link: Cluedo on Wikipedia.
OK, so we are waiting for the same game with different names ... by the way: It was founded as Cluedo from a British man ... So let's hope it will come out soon ...

I got it! It was two hours last night in the German AppStore ... now it's gone, I don't know why ... it was 3,99 Euro and ca. 6 MB! It is really great ...
I don't see it in the U.S. store either. I don't normally buy games from the "big guys", but I might be tempted to buy that one if it ever shows up.
I checked EA Mobile's Twitter page a couple of days ago and they said this would be released AFTER the Sims 3 comes out, so hopefully sometime next week. ... and maybe this thread should be merged with the other Clue thread...
