Looks good but I'm a bit iffy Deygus Member Mar 11, 2015 9 0 0 #5 Deygus, Oct 15, 2015 Update- I went ahead and bought it anyway so I'll update you guys in a little while once I've played it for a little bit to test it out... Deygus Member Mar 11, 2015 9 0 0 #6 Deygus, Oct 16, 2015 Update 2 - okay so I've played a little bit of it now and here are my thoughts... Short Version = it's Good and it's Bad.. Long Version = there's not many good actual rts and this one does a decent job to fill that rts itch I always have had since gameloft killed off starfront, the graphics aren't too bad but could be better and look worse than the first version, the controls are very clunky and hard to use and I fail to understand why because starfront did an amazing job at theirs though it's tolerable once you get the hang of it, also the tutorial sucks and the game is all missions so far with no skirmish mode and no multiplayer that I see so far.. If it gets updated I'd like to see better controls and at least a skirmish mode for replay value. gemineye62 Well-Known Member Feb 16, 2010 641 0 0 #7 gemineye62, Oct 16, 2015 Deygus, I take it from your short review that you played the first game. Is it worth picking up? Thanks Deygus Member Mar 11, 2015 9 0 0 #8 Deygus, Oct 16, 2015 Last edited: Oct 16, 2015 Yeah I have both and so far I feel they're both decent and worth it in my own opinion. The only issues I have is the clunky controls take a bit to get used to and I wish there was at least a skirmish mode and not just all missions.. The first one is more buggy than the second and I think it's why the second followed so soon even though the second looks less enticing graphically compared to the first.. The difficulty is a bit easy at first but it does get harder the further into the missions you go or at least that's how the first was...I'm not that far on the second yet to compare but will keep everyone updated if anything changes...
