Not sure if this is the right forum so sorry if I'm mistaken! Well, the Live feed just ended and can I say Amazing? Ones that really stood out to me are: Warpack Grunts Doom Resurrection Thor Flick Baseball Real Racing (Which is already released) iSamurai (also released) and many others. What did you guys thinks of it? Most of these games are also being released within the next 3-4 weeks too I believe.
Doom looked great. iSamurai is just some guys waving their hands around till they hear a sword clash. Missed the others.
#1 Doom #2 Warpack Grunts #3 Flick Baseball The rest really didn't interest me. Although I am still unsure what Delicious Library was suppose to be...just a list of things you own?
Wow, the ladies from Delicious Monster really wasted their opportunity to show off Delicious Library. The video was "fun" but just illustrated how to scroll and select items on a list. The one doing the live demo had nothing prepared, and seemed bored... again just scrolling and selecting. Guess they just wanted to get back to the bar. I own the Mac version of DL, but have no idea why I'd want the iPhone version.
It was probably a little hard to see in the video feed, but iSamurai: Two Player Sword Fight is a two-player Wi-Fi game (soon to be bluetooth) where you fight with your iPhones -- swing your iPhone like a sword and if the other player doesn't block immediately, you hear a cry of pain. So your iPhone is your sword. We will have a video on YouTube and here on Touch Arcade. Doug Hogg Toy Kite Software
iSamurai video is up Hi guys, Our video is now posted at YouTube and on the iSamurai web site: http://www.isamuraiapp.com PC users: The video works but I am working fixing the layout. If you watch the video closely, you will see that two iPhones are communicating instantly in real time so simulate a real sword fight. It's instantaneous. The video does not show the single player game--we will work on getting a video up for that. However, with either the single-player or the two-player game, you are going to get some exercise.
