I thought it would be fun to post what we all bought with our iTunes gift cards we received as gifts or what you purchased for yourself for Christmas? Also, what did you splurge on that maybe you wouldn't have bought if it was your own money? Here my list so far... I've still got more to spend. Labyrinth 2 (looking forward to making my own levels) Spider (I don't know what the heck took me so long) Soosiz (wow, best platformer for sure) Plushed (support who brought us appvent calendar, good game too) Galaga Remix (purely for nostalgic reasons) Little Metal Ball (cool game, fun well designed levels) Doodlejump (everyone mentions this one) Splurge list (probably wouldn't have bought if not for the gift card) Canabalt (I've played this more than anything the last 2 days) Pinball Fantasies (never played on Amiga but recommended to me by a fellow TAer and a very solid pinball game) Santa was good to me this year!!!
Well, so far with Bday and Christmas combined (They're really close. Bday's the 21st) I have over a hundred bucks lol. It's pretty awesome. Combine Canabalt with weird Japanese humor (think of the most random stuff ever and there you go) and you have Tomena Sanner. It's really fun and has more content and variety in the type of obstacles you have to pass and the timing used to bypass them. Plus, it definetly wins the "What the crap?" factor. Only complaint is that the timing is a bit awkward at first, but once you warm up to it, it's a really fun game. Go buy it now while it's on sale. And seeing as everyone posted their non App Store gifts, here's what I got: Call of Duty Reflex Edition Assassin's Creed 2 Left 4 Dead 2 LG Neon (after killing my last phone in the wash lol) Bionicles (still awesome after all these years) Lots and lots of gift cards and money 5 pairs of headphones including the ones that came with my 3G (break alot of my headphones) A book of Zombie Christmas Carols (awesomeness) That's it.

So far I have only picked up Inotia 2. Non App related gifts include: Droid. Crucifix Necklace made out of white gold. Tools (Shovels, headlamp, knives, etc.) for hiking. 1 Year of Xbox Live. Some lucky jeans and other misc. items. A very very good Christmas!
Want to know what i got with my gift card? I got nothin because my secret santa got me a football ( ! What did i put on the wishlist? I put "a 25 dollar iTunes gift card". I was thinking it was the thought that counts but he told me what happened. He forgot about it last minute and saw a football so he bought that. It's even a sort of crappy one. I barely play football and i don't play it at home! If it was a basketball that would be ok. I got a lot of money from my family so i'm planning on getting my own card.
