I purchased a game that doesn't work got my receipt but it keeps saying can't connect to iTunes so what's another way to do it?
My $7 Contract Killer Zombies 2 purchase was refunded after 3 days, so im sure there's still hope for that kinda stuff.
Sent a report through itunes on my computer. I explained how I bought the game thinking it was going to be premium, only to find out it went back to free a few minutes later. I also stated that i wanted a refund.
I've had 3 refunds in the past by going to the Apple site. Then searched for refund. Or in your iTunes emails there should be a report item link next to each purchase
