Not sure where to post this. I made an IAP purchase but never received my items. I have tried to work it out with the game's developer for over a week to no avail. Does anybody know how I can go about contacting Apple about this?
Open your purchase history in iTunes, and there should be a "report issue" link next to the purchase you made. Explain the issue to them (make sure you mention talking to the developer) and ask for a refund, should be easy enough.
