WOAH MID-DECEMBER!?!? CRAZY!! Completely unexpected but I'm fine with it happening. Love how it says you can send ghosts to friends in the article.
Sounds interesting, I hope they can get some pics I don't know, there is barely any snowboarding games on the iPhone, but they're repetitive.
I'll be very interested to check it out, not just as competition for Slope Rider but also as a keen snowboarder and snowboarding game player. I'll be interested to see the pricing as well.
Now that Adrenaline Snowboarding is out, this is the new game trying to be the king (before SSX or Crazy Snowboard 2 come out of course).
i have the most recent shaun white on the psp, and i have to say, it sucks balls in comparison to ssx. the controls are absolutely diabolical. i would sincerely hope that the controls are the first thing they overhaul to port it to iPhone.
Huh, you can tell it comes from a Wii game with that cartoony Shaun White avatar. As others have said it will all come down to the controls and how the game feels.
Meh, snowboard games just don't work too well on an iPhone, not enough controls to really make it like snowboarding. SSX does it best on consoles IMO, so I want to see how that one plays.
While I'm not a big fan of the cartoony models, I really hope this turns out well. I thought the 360 one turned out kinda mediocre. Everything was way too slow, not enough levels, game progression focused on collection coins, and there weren't a whole lot of tricks. It was a good game, but alot could have been improved. If they improved those things (especially the sense of speed. I felt like I could have rolled down the hill faster), this could be a really amazing game. Hope all goes well, I need a good snowboard game for my iPod. As for my favorite console snowboarding game, it goes to 1080 avalanche. That game was just amazing, and I hope they learn a bit from that game, even though I'm sure they won't.
dude, we just haven't had a good one yet. ssx on tour was amazing on psp, and was just as good as it's big consoled counterpart. this could be good, my concern is that the shaun white games all have crap controls. i'd certainly save my cash till ssx is around to compare this to.
