You just need to tap with each finger in succession, and get quicker. Basically drumming your fingers against the phone screen. You can use 2, 3 or 4 fingers.
Can't really tell how to play this at this point, but I definitely want to pick it up when it's released!
Not really, although it is a game that tries to see how long you'll keep tapping for. It's simple though, there are no upgrades. The visuals get more intense the higher the score gets, and the music builds up.
