Finally Apple has been approving our updates to our voice controlled assistant 'Voice Ask'. The latest update was launched today, get it now for only $0.99!

App info is currently processing and/or the app is not yet fully available for sale on the US App Store.

From my experiences with this app I'd say avoid. I picked it up on sale last time and it was crap, so I deleted it. It got an update so I redownloaded it and nope it's still crap. It doesn't respond to anything you say, you can ask for weather and it will give you something totally random like (it gave me the definition of sex?)
    I was like wtf!
I'm english too so I didnt expect any problems. Well thats my opinion.

  4. Maybe you need to ask it how to have sex if you wanted a weather report, that's how computers think... That's why a lot of computers have porn on them... ;)

They have dirty minds... Must be those darn Intel chips!

Dear Fatchoy: please try out 'Voice Answer Lite' for a free 'Siri like' app.

App info is currently processing and/or the app is not yet fully available for sale on the US App Store.

You can improve the free version further (Wolfram Alpha knowledge base for example) with in-app purchases.

By the way, Siri is coming on iOS 6. Not sure if it's just for the new iPad, or for the iPhone and iPad.

Siri will be in iOS6 for the new iPad and iPhone 4S. This still leaves users of an iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPad 1 and iPad 2 without an assistant like Siri, and it will likely never be added for these devices. So 'Voice Ask' and 'Voice Answer' are good alternatives for them.

And even if your device has Siri, Voice Answer still offers functions that Siri doesn't have, like the speaking out of Wolfram Alpha info, the spoken translations into any language, and the augmented reality view of the lookup of local places.
