Hello, Can some one help me with a problem getting or buying apps. When I put my ID in and tap get, the install word comes up. After hitting install, the little revolving circle shows up for a few seconds but, then the get icon pops up again and I need to put my ID in again. Any suggestions please. Thank you.
Sign out and sign back into the App Store. Also try to see if you can get it on iTunes on the computer. If you can you would not need to enter your password to download the app because it's already on your account.
I've seen this when you have app data on your device, but the app is no longer in the store (completely, or in your region.) Go to the Purchased section under Updates on the App Store on your device and search for items there. Next, sync your phone with iTunes and try installing your IPA file there.
