      Please use this thread to recommend scary games for the iPhone. I am always on the lookout for games of this nature, whether it be zombies, ghosts, or whatever.

      Some good ones that I have played include:

      Soul
      N.Y.Zombies
      Alive 4-ever
      iDracula
      Dead Space
      Dracula: Path of the Dragon series

      Both N.Y.Zombies & Dead Space are indeed scary games, in my view.

      So far I haven't really found any games that I would classify as a true "horror" game on the iDevice, none. RE4, even for the console, was only scarily annoying because of that Ashley girl, but unfortunately not scary. Dead Space for iDevice gave me a few jumps only because I had the sound cranked up too high with earphones and the monster's screams were too loud.
      Zero: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse, stuff like that, are scary. An obese cowboy carrying a gun killing cartoon werewolves is not scary.
      Undeadcow's list were monster/zombie-themed games, not really horror games themselves.

      There is a lapse in quality horror titles but I was trying to be comprehensive. Let me know you if there are "horror games themselves" omitted and I'll add them. I considered subdividing that list into subcategories.

      Yeah, Fallen was OK but the developers seem to have given up completely on the second episode which is nowhere to be seen. Not even a whiff of it anywhere, as far as I know.

      The question is "What are the best scary games?". Your answer is "here's a list of 168 games that might be scary". In order for your list to be even slightly useful, it would have to be in order starting with the scariest game at the top, etc.

      So next time this question comes up, please don't refer to this horrible list.
