They are all the best - buy them all. And they have a bunch of games that are not listed there - but still buy them all.... Im hoping I will get a kickback...
You know out of all of the NimbleBit games I have, I've actually played scoops the most. Sky Burger technically has more to it, but I just have more fun building the towering wobbly ice cream cone... Of course you should get Hanoi and Kyper, since they're free! Kyper is quite playable, but there's not much to it...
Slighty. In Scoops, you collect ice cream, multiples of the same color/flavor for bonus, and avoid the non-ice cream items. In Sky Burger, you get assigned a specific burger to make - you can collect items until the cows come home, then finish it off with a top bun, but you only get paid if you collect the items listed and you lose your tip if there are extra items in the burger.
They're all good and ridiculously addictive. Seriously. Just get them all. I've sunk untold hours into Textropolis and Scoops personally, and don't regret a minute.
Textropolis is one of the best word games on the iTunes store. It's a purely cerebral game - that is, no puzzles or time challenges. It's about testing your vocabulary and it's an attractive, well-made game. Get it NOW!
Purely vocabulary - no time - to give you an example - did you know there are 351 words with 4 or more letters in the name "Singapore" - the game is all about thinking of, and scoring words. As you get enough words, you move from city to city, and have another challenge to find all the words... If you are a completionist - or someone who loves word games - this is one to get.
Sky Burger and Textropolis are probably tied in terms of polish and production values. Textropolis can become a bit tedious if simply whizzing through each level at a minimum won't fully satisfy you. Eventually, the words become so obscure, it becomes more of a guessing game. I'd say Sky Burger is my favorite, and is arguably the best. You can't go wrong with Scoops though. It's pretty much an iPhone classic.
I personally love Moondrop. It is a really fun game EDIT: I have Sheepstacker (awesome game) which is the same concept as Scoops (stacking sheep as high as possible) so should I get Scoops as well? Somebody please answer me
Thanks for all the kind words guys! You guys should vote for your favorite NimbleBit game over in this thread! http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=23627
