    No they do not.
You need to pay with a Credit Card.

Can vuirtual cards be used such as Entropay?

Becaus how can people pay to be a seller when they do not have a card or can get one?

I have one but its frozen to pay back and cannot really get another
Apple really should cater for Paypal wher eyou and add a lot of payment options and go through your UK bank and also paid visa numbers too.

No. "vuirtual" cards cannot be used. Only banks or credit cards.

Every body have a card. Or you can ask a good friend.
They should accept wire transfert so, but Paypal ?

I'm sure Apple don't seek impulse buy from developper :) That's why thy don't need to have payment option like Paypal.

And payment made directly with a credit card with their own system are probably more traceable for them. It's better if there is any legal issue (foreign country laws, under age, trademark infringement, money laundering etc..)

So how long does it take Apple to send a number for you to send a cheque to become an app store seller?

    Apple thick workers?

How some people keep their jobs I dont know

I have been emailng Apple support that I do NOT have a credit card to create my Apple IOS seller account to sell games apps etc. and that I read they send me a number to send to WorldPay in UK with my UK cheque, so please sendme a number, and what I get back after a minimum 3 days is:

We see you have not completed your account application Please complete it.
    :(

Now I have to wait at least 3 days UK time until Apple staff get back into the offices for the working week.

P.S Steve Jobs you can heal yourself with your thoughts and emotions.

    NO

Debit cards cannot be used for USA purchase.
Even some prepaid credit cards have trouble with various purchases online outside UK

The point is I emailed Apple various times with specific details about me not having a credit card right now and I cant really get one until my frozen one is paid even then it will take at least 3 months and that please Apple send me a number so I can send my Uk cheque to Worldpay in UK but the email readers seem to have had their eyes shut when reading my emails.

What's the panic - do you have a completely finished app you need to be selling right now? If not, why not just focus on the development and just pay the £59 whenever you are able to.

You only need to pay when you want to test on an actual device (and of course to sell on App Store).
