I didn't dare hope much, and in this case it was good that i didn't. I would pay serious money for a high quality Voltron game with the 5 lions (80s childhood ftw) Exact-Psience Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2012 22,664 2 38 The Work-At-Home Guy Philippines #3 Exact-Psience, Dec 1, 2015 Same here. Vehicle team sucked IMO, but the lion team was awesome. bestkevin Well-Known Member Jul 4, 2012 190 0 0 #4 bestkevin, Dec 1, 2015 Oh look!! It's a new Power Ranger game!! Go go Power Rangers!! I also grew up with Voltron......close enough for me! This game is a ton of fun and my pick for GOTW. LordShad0wz Well-Known Member Nov 19, 2014 4,286 1 38 #8 LordShad0wz, Dec 2, 2015 I'm actually liking this game. To be honest I hated the power rangers. My daughter always wanted them and I hated buying them. But. I grew up with Voltron. So I gave the game a good try. It's a pretty good runner/battler. I think the hit detection is off just a bit and the double coin IAP is a tad too much but it's a fun game. I definitely would say give the game a try! I checked my coins before and after grabbing it, and at the end of the run, but I'm not seeing any extra coins....? EDIT: Did a few more runs and calculations, and also discovered something cool. So you can get a coin or gem box from those pink boxes you pick up (I thought at first it was just coins). Coin boxes add 75 to your total, but it doesn't show "+75" on the results screen, or while you're still running. You'll just have 75 more coins on top of whatever you earned from your run when you go back to the map or when starting your next run. Gem boxes give 2 gems, and also doesn't show added to your run total and will just reflect +2 when you go back to the map or start next run. redribbon Well-Known Member Jun 11, 2010 2,799 53 48 entepreanur, programmer #10 redribbon, Dec 2, 2015 Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel chief78 Well-Known Member Jul 24, 2012 2,317 7 38 #11 chief78, Dec 2, 2015 Well, I can't tell if there is more content yet to be unlocked at higher character levels, but I'm lvl 23, and have Red, Blue, and Pink "rangers", and Green and Yellow are "coming soon." There's only 4 boss fights and then the last one against Negatron to make it 5, and only 2 endless runs from 2 continents. So.....not sure if this came out earlier than expected and they're going to update it (soon hopefully), or if I just have to hit a higher player level. What's here is good fun, but it's limited in scope. It's weird that there are "season 2" costumes that can be unlocked early, via gems. Again, not sure that if I get to a higher player lvl maybe they unlock. I hope all the heroes are unlockable without an update. I don't think so, and I think I unlocked all the bosses and endless lvls too....at least for now.. I was thinking about it, and maybe adding more of an RPG element in the sense of permanent upgrades. Like, longer vehicle time, longer sword and shield time, maybe a magnet to attract all coins. Things like that would go a long way to give the game long-term appeal Other than that, just more bosses and endless levels. And maybe a daily or weekly tournament for distance runs and even one where we could square off against each other's V-bot....that would be sweet # Sidenote: I have become victim to the dreaded Gamecenter bug, so I have no idea where I stand on the leaderboards. There's more and mote people that have become affected by this. Have you guys thought about inplementing leaderboards directly into the game as a workaround.....at least until Apple gets their "you know what" together and decides to fix this issue?
