This is a joke! Really, just kidding! But tbh, some of my favourite "expensives" are: - Final Fantasy IV - Summoner Wars - Ghost Trick - all Chaos Rings and many more.
Ghost Trick - what an amazing, criminally underrated game! Final Fantasy III - my first FF and I really loved it. Back then, when they were new and expensive I also bought The Quest and Puzzle Quest 1 (which is sadly no longer on the Appstore) and enjoyed the heck out of both. In fact, I still fire up PQ on my old iPod from time to time. Chaos Rings 1 and Omega I bought for 4-5 bucks on sales, so they were not really iOS-expensive for me. Liked the first a lot back then, but unlike the previous probably wouldn't enjoy it so much now, when there is so much quality JRPG competition. Disliked the second. TWEWY and FFTactics are sitting on my iPad and waiting for their turn, while BG (if only it had iOS 5.1.1 compatibility at Christmas!), The Walking Dead, Ravenmark, FFIV and King of the Dragon Pass are earmarked for future purchases.
Dead Space Nova 2 Real Racing 2 World of Goo Plants vs Zombies Not really that expensive at all, but top of my head these are the ones that i've paid full price for (i.e. more than $3), almost all my other games are 1-2$
I had no idea this existed. I have both the Williams and Gottlieb collections for psp, but as I almost never pull it out anymore, I may have to dive into this.
The World Ends With You Ravenmark Dark Gate Fantasy Chronicle Cordy 2 Bug Princess 2: Black Label NFS: Most Wanted Sonic & SEGA All-Star Racing Raiden Legacy DoDonPachi Maximum ESPGaluda II Aquaria Machinarium Autumn Dynasty Dariusburst SP =oD I'm sure there's more, but they aren't installed on any of my devices ATM, or have permanently dropped down to $0.99 after I purchased them at their regular price... =oP How in the hell did I forget about Bastion and Solar 2... =oO ** ChronoTrigger Secret Of Mana Chaos Rings 1, Omega + 2 Eternal Legacy FF 1, 2, 3 + 4 Space Invaders: Infinity Gene Waking Mars Pocket RPG Lunar Silver Star Story Osiris Legends Sonic CD Splice: Tree Of Life Fractal: Make Blooms Not War Tactical Soldier Hunters 2 FFT: War Of The Lions Spaceward Ho Battle For Wesnoth Frogatto Call Of Cthulhu: The Wasted Land Amoebattle Land Air Sea Warfare Z Ticket To Ride Carcassonne Linkoidz Damn there's a lot of 'expensive' games I absolutely love! Sorry - I'll delete loads of these if anyone has a problem with me listing so many. =o/
I've only played it for about 5 weeks now but getting way into it. My friend tried getting me on League of Legends but I ain't got windows. Not sure but guess DOTA 2 will be a Mac release too but think I'll just end up sticking to this one cuz not too keen on steam. Hopefully update fixes server issues today, etc. edit: oops I put Heroes of Online and Chaos..it's Order and Chaos my bad.
Phantom Leader Battle Academy + All Expansions Battle Of The Bulge X-Plane 9 Pinball Arcade with lots of Tables Argh! Forgot Ravenmark
Battle Academy, I got an iPad to play it so yeh, quite expensive. I play Bulge every day too, has to be the most value for money I have ever spent on iOS.
Hands down: Battle Academy ($20). But, I played the PC demo and would have dropped the 40 or 50 bucks it cost without hesitiation, so it's still a great deal. A lot of people are mentioning Pinball Arcade; I've bought nearly all of the Zen Pinball tables, so that's not a cheap app. I have dozens of music apps which range from 8-50 bucks each. But the computer software is much more expensive. AND I HAVEN'T SPENT A SINGLE BUCK on any coin doubler/coins/bullhockey.
Battle of the Bulge us a game you can play every day? It struck me as similar some old division level wargames I used to play on my PC, which would remain static, with the CPU making all of the same moves generally, from game to game. Or do you play multiplayer?
