Past week new game sales is too too low, why ?

Hi ~
I launch my new game in past week.
That game is similar quality with launching in winter.
But the result is too different.
When i launch my new game in winter, the result is not bad.
In spring why the sales is too low ?
Does the users go out cause of the weather is very nice ?
