Brigands and Barbarians HD is an unusual take on the RPG genre. I can sort of see where you are going with the general design idea, but it is currently a bit too confusing. This seems similar to the old top down view exploration RPGs on the Apple II, which incorporated stuff like food. Something like Wilderness Campaign?
