      Well 1-bit ninja technically uses perspective manipulation to hide secrets, but Escher isn't what comes to mind when thinking of if

      Then there's Kairo, which doesn't really use perspective manipulation but it's puzzles, level design and art style are very Escher-esque. That might be more like what you are looking for.
