GET READY FOR GRAVITY GUY 2!! • STORY • In a world where gravity laws were broken, a brave guy was held captive for rebelling and defying the rules! Being the first one ever to rise against the system, he found himself in danger, and in need to run for his life. However, after being relentlessly chased down by the Gravity Troops, our hero was finally captured and beamed up to a space ship, only to find a terrifying truth: they were going to clone him. As an evil plan to organize dangerous races across Gravity Guy's once free world, his DNA was collected and the cloning process began. Along with our hero, other inhabitants were also cloned, so that every time someone loses, the race can be restarted. • ABOUT THE GAME • Our brave Guy now finds himself on top of towers running for his life, jumping from one platform to another, while avoiding many hazards placed across his path. Just tap the button on the right side of the screen to raise the lifts and on the left to perform a jump - which will definitely come in handy! There are 7 different clones to be used, each with its own special abilities: Neon, Troop, Girl, Slim, Beast, Mech and Beauty! Collect coins and earn points in order to unlock new power slots, and level up to get bonuses. Choose the power up you want in your next level! You can use the coins to purchase the power supplies in the shop! KEY FEATURES: • Amazing retina graphics • Simple two-button tap controls • Interactive tutorial to learn how to play • Game Center Leaderboards and Achievements • Fast and fun gameplay • 7 Different characters to choose from • Fully stocked shop and many power ups • Game music, which automatically switches itself off at start when playing other music on your iPod/iPhone *************************************** Find out more about Miniclip: http://www.miniclip.com “Like” Gravity Guy 2 on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/gravityguy2 Follow Miniclip on Twitter: http://twitter.com/#!/miniclip Information Seller:Miniclip.com Genre:Action, Arcade Release:May 16, 2013 Updated:Dec 19, 2013 Version:1.0.2 Size:37.9 MB TouchArcade Rating:Unrated User Rating: (5) Your Rating:unrated Compatibility:HD Universal sink_or_swim Well-Known Member Feb 4, 2012 3,504 5 38 Germany #2 sink_or_swim, Sep 30, 2013 I wasn't impressed at first because I thought you have to upgrade the boosts with the collected coins (and the upgrades are super expensive). But I started to really like this when I realised you can also upgrade the boosts by completing missions and level up. The coins can be used to select up to 3 boosts you can start with. Overall a nice endless runner and well worth the buck I spent for it. But it brings nothing new to the table. Recommended if you're into runners. ninjajelli Member Jul 30, 2013 5 0 0 #3 ninjajelli, Sep 30, 2013 Thanks. The gameplay is quite different from the first one. But for free, I'll give it a try - particularly with sink_or_swim's note that missions can help earn those upgrades as well. Exact-Psience Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2012 22,664 2 38 The Work-At-Home Guy Philippines #7 Exact-Psience, Sep 30, 2013 It's good, but i was disappointed on release that it wasnt how the first one was, but instead, more of the same of other typical side scrolling runners. The first one had the unique mechanic of going upside down while the game felt something between a runner and a platformer. _Max_ Well-Known Member Apr 19, 2012 1,500 0 0 #8 _Max_, Sep 30, 2013 Recommend it, a great game. Get it now when it free! awp69 Well-Known Member Oct 30, 2009 8,249 0 36 Greenville, SC #10 awp69, Sep 30, 2013 After playing a bit, I agree with this. The gravity flips in the first game are what set it apart. Have no idea why they dropped that mechanic all together. It's just not Gravity Guy without it. The "lifts" are just another form of jumping. It's decent but disappointing and glad I didn't pick it up on release. tunaVille Well-Known Member Jun 10, 2013 144 0 0 #11 tunaVille, Sep 30, 2013 New to Gravity Guy so this is my first run GG 2. This is coming up to being a blast. I suggest just give it a shot. It's not the best runner but the art style is really nice and the animations are good, the controls are really smooth, the platform manipulation is actually pretty cool. Definitely download this if you haven't hvianna Well-Known Member Jun 14, 2012 734 7 18 Male IT Analyst / Webmaster Brazil #14 hvianna, Oct 1, 2013 I actually like this better than the first GG. It's a much more polished game and learning how to make good use of the platforms is a nice challenge. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
