Hiya twink!!!...sounds like you are looking in the plus + area....to the right of the springboard page there is a neighbors icon...click it...if there is nothing there...you can go back to the plus+ area and scroll down...there is a person icon with a number..click it...that is how you add friend.....hope this helps...and makes sense.....I have you a my neighbor btw....

 

Don't mind Greenbacks or purple pride if still available.
