I am just wondering who is best to hire for custom game development?

    To hire a studio?
    OR hire a freelance programmer?

I have artwork so programming is all that s needed with Game Center integration and ads for freemium and a paid version.

Depend on your budget, I'm a freelance developer, so you can ask for a quote and see my portfolio for example.

A studio should probably charge more than an individual freelance, but who knows...

    How good are you?
What do you expect on average?

Do you work for a company as programmer?

How well do you know Game Center? as I dont have a server and will save money just using Game Center.
Are you up for profit share which would probably be millions after getting on Android etc.

Why do game studios with custom game services never reply to threads like this?

Simply because they don't waste time with non-interesting proposals. If you don't have at least 2k$ per month to hire a decent programmer you can't do anything.

    Hire

Better to hire a programmer for 30 or 40 grand a year I think and outsource art.
Next thing is what websites are the decent jobs posted?
