thx for the tip! is there more game after this or do you simply keep looping with the same enemies? do they even get more difficult? after i beat ths guy, i'm trying to come up with a reason to play again considering my weapons and armour at this point pretty much have me walking right through everything...

are there more surprise bosses or rooms?

Wow. What a great game! I feel like I'm playing a cross between Zelda and Diablo in hardcore mode. Other than more dungeon tiles and enemies not sure what more I could want. Hope TA does a front page mention of this one.

Dont think theres more than that, and yes it does get harder overtime. It's basically a highscore endless game, that doesnt keep track of your scores just yet. And yeah some kind of upgrading/perk system would be really nice for replayability.

If you're debating whether or not to get this game just buy it. For 99ยข you can't go wrong. I've definitely gotten my money's worth.

As for the gameplay, it could definitely use some improvements and bug fixes:

    * A story intro would go a long way in to explaining why you're in the dungeon in the first place for those that don't read your description
    * It's tough to use magic by tapping and holding, a button would be nice
    * Tapping to switch gear is WAY too sensitive. It switches too fast and i've lost gear by not realizing it changed before leaving a room.
    * When you buy an item in the shop it should stay purchased. If I switch gear and decide I want my old item back I have to pay again.
    * When you die a summary of your accomplishments would be nice, it feels wrong to just end abruptly.

Other than that I'm really enjoying it so far!

Still enjoying the game, but the mechanics need something more ( as others have mentioned ). I'd hardly describe myself as playing it conservatively, but I'm still on my first play through, now in dungeon 29. It's really hard to die in this game. Just picked up a level 16 Sword of 10000 Cuts which only further trivializes the difficulty ( even if the sword itself is awesome ). Once leader boards are in, why not actually allow you to save your wife? Can then track how long it took, how many bosses etc? There isn't enough variety/depth in the game to turn it into days of playing a la Rogue. Maybe target 2-3 hours for a full, complete, successful run and ramp difficulty accordingly.

Regardless, still a great game. Itemization and pixel art is top notch.

Seems to be an issue with picking up items off the floor in the iPhone version. Taps don't appear to register, or at least don't register consistently.
