Thanks for the video ! That's the first time I've seen any of the racing component at any great length. Not to get too offtopic, but is anyone else having trouble with Safari & YouTube? I've had to forcequit Safari seven times because it jams on YouTube. Embedded YouTube stuff is fine, but the website itself is choking Safari.
Hmmm, I'm using safari and it's the opposite - embedded youtube screws up all the time, while the actual website is fine.
lol I just checked SOFTWARE UPDATE for Macintosh & a new version -- v4.0.5 -- is available. So I'll download that right now & report back. UPDATE With Safari v4.0.5, YouTube now works perfectly.
No problems at all on my version of Safari, the latest one, with any Youtube stuff. Have you fully updated Flash?
i just wanted to note that the screens posted in the thread so far are NOT for the iphone. they're from one of the PC trailers, except the quality is all grainy and terrible. i recall hearing from some interview with carmack a while back that the iphone specific rage title would likely revolve around the racing aspect, and not the first person shooting. i would prefer the shooting, but we'll have to wait and see what happens.
