K here's the situation. I am a BIG FPS fan, and I do have NOVA. I have $20 left in my account. I am not sure whether to buy COD for $10 and then get Verrukt for $7 when it comes out. Either I could do that, or I could buy Modern Combat Sandstorm for $5. Or should I buy neither? I don't have enough money to get it all(COD,the new map,and Modern Combat). So which option should I choose and why? Also is the modern combat sandstorm multiplayer like COD or NOVA?(in COD u work as a team to kill zombies, in NOVA u kill the other players). THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!!
If it helps, there's free versions of both. But yes, there is Online Multiplayer for Modern Combat, as it says in the game description on the App Store. Also, COD = 16mb, Modern Combat = 200mb.
Both games are truly horrid. I'd recommend you to save your $$$ and spend them in something that actually works on the iPhone/iPod.
Get COD + Verruckt. OR you could get COD and MC:S and then only need a dollar when Verruckt comes out.
i personally prefer the multiplayer of sandstorm over nova, the maps of nova and the fact that it takes waaaaaay too long to kill people with most weapons never really appealed to me. Between cod and sandstorm it really depends on whether you want to kill zombies or other players really, I prefer the controls of sandstorm and the graphics are pretty good on both. Sandstorm also comes with 3 maps and a single player campaign while cod has only a single map, which you can play for free in the lite version anyway, not to mention the fact that sandstorm is a lot cheaper, so I vote for sandstorm, now that the multiplayer actually works, which is awesome!!!!!
I say get both, then get a dollar or two more, and buy the new map when it comes out, considering no one even knows when the new map will come.
This is by far the best deal/combo. Since nothing is concrete on actual pricing of Verruckt, it may be cheaper than expected.
COD Zombies is a good one for the collection, but I have no idea when Verruckt will come out. NOVA is even more important. It's a HALO clone, but still, if you don't have it already, where have you been? MC:S is a COD clone. The story is pretty big and the multiplayer is good, so if you want a big war game that's your way to go. You should get COD and Nova. Then Enviro-Bear 2010.
Modern combat is a must for the single player only. Cod is a must for the multiplayer. Everyone has their own opinion on which is better and now you have mine. If you had to choose one of these games only then cod is the clear choice IMHO cuz Its cod and exactly like it's ps3/xbox version
