Especially the ones from TA who were fortunate enough who didnt buy at release. Connector Well-Known Member May 6, 2012 15,512 1 0 In the Chatroom http://thechatroom.freeforums.net/ #7 Connector, Nov 18, 2013 I dunno, but probably many will still try to wait for a buck sale. The people on TA generally that wanted it already probably already got it by now. But regardless, great game nonetheless, awesome moving backgrounds, cool stop frame animations, and well made. Definitely a must buy at this price. (Honestly) If you are waiting for it to drop to $0.99 or free, you should seriously consider calling yourself a cheapskate..... Now, go and hit the buy button. biokid Well-Known Member Jul 11, 2013 931 0 0 Wop Wops #12 biokid, Nov 18, 2013 That is a quite justifiable reason not to buy it. If it is not your thing, don't buy it. For people who are on the fence or wanted (or even have a slight interest) to play the game, please don't just sit and wait for it to go free. If everyone is resorting to this method, good developer won't be able to generate enough sales to stay in business. More developers will take the freemium path, because of people being a cheapskate waiting for every game to go free or $0.99 (except you actually enjoy freemium games). It may very well be a marketing strategy, but that also has it's positives and negatives. Both of which are valid depending on where you sit. Retailers will do a “price adjustment,” refunding the difference between the price the customer paid and the price now available. For example, if a customer buys a TV from Best Buy for $300, and it drops in price by $100, they can go back to the retailer to ask for a price adjustment and get the difference returned to them, often in cash. Retailers with price adjustment policies include Macy's, Gap, and Staples.
