The controls for the drifting are a bit problematic in my opinion, because the double tapping gets in the way of normal turning sometimes. For instance, if I'm tapping lightly to turn subtly, it'll sometimes register that as a drift instead and I'll nosedive off the track. Also, sometimes I need to begin a drift very quickly and a double tap just isn't fast enough. To remedy this, I would try a system of holding both sides of the screen to drift. For example, you want to turn right so you hold the right side of the screen. To turn this into a drift, simply also hold the left and it will turn from a right turn into a right drift. If that fails, you could always put arrows on the left and a drift button on the right... Other than those control issues, it's a pretty sweet little racer! I love the art style especially! : ) pank9j Well-Known Member Oct 7, 2012 124 0 0 #8 pank9j, Nov 4, 2012 @mrbiggles : When i checked it was free.. dihpadilha Well-Known Member Oct 13, 2012 639 0 0 #9 dihpadilha, Nov 7, 2012 cool i want a code pleaseee POLYGAMe Well-Known Member Jul 3, 2010 566 0 0 Game Developer (iOS, Mega Drive, C64) Auckland, New Zealand http://www.polygame.co.nz #10 POLYGAMe, Nov 8, 2012 Bought it, left a review. I feel it has loads of potential and I LOVE the style. The music drives me mental and the fact that all tracks are available from the get go seems a bit odd. I reckon you should have to play through to unlock them or there's really not much point to it... It is a fun game though, I did find myself trying to beat more tracks than others on GameCenter... and I will definitely be keen for updates and sequels!!!! Also, maybe a clock to race against? It's not really much of an achievement to play on more tracks than anyone else... that just takes time, not skill. Be cool if there was a leaderboard for fastest times. All in all, though, great controls and graphics, nice and simple and easily pick up and playable. Definitely worth the asking price! (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
