Hi everyone, Our physics-based puzzle game Pick a Piggy is almost ready to play. You can suggest names for our heroic hog's handle in a post in this thread But now wed like to tell the story about the game. Pick a Piggy began with a dream. One of our artists dreamed about a little rubber pig that looked just like one of his childhood toys. With a spring-like tail it jumped and bounced around, trying to leave the dusty old toy box and get out into a wonderful and unique world. Next morning that dream came true. We were drinking green tea, watching the first drafts of our new game character (below). We wanted to give our toy a second life on the smartphone screens; giving it an exuberant springiness and cartoon-like appearance. The first draft of the game was quite similar to pool, but instead of the boring balls there was a funny pig with a propeller for a tail, and instead of the pool table was a fairytale house with shelves, angles, gaps and plenty of mysterious inhabitants. The toy can jump with pig-like grace, and you can not only scratch her belly, but aim her flight accurately within a millimeter. The more accurate you are the more chances you have to turn your piggys dream of visiting far-away countries into a reality just as our artists dream has now come true in Pick a Piggy.
