As someone who bought this at launch, I'm just too pissed off now It's a bad move to put a game on sale a week after launching, but it's absolutely abhorred from going $6.99 to $0.99, practically never increasing the price after that and not compensating the early adpoters for the money they pretty much wasted. I really didn't get $6.99 of enjoyment from this, and the devs have not given me anything in the game as a sort-of thanks for supporting us There are really good indie devs, and there is this game's dev. Trust me, the devs ain't getting any more of my money ever and I urge you all not to download this jeffyg3 Well-Known Member Mar 22, 2010 1,251 0 36 #7 jeffyg3, Dec 13, 2013 Ugh, whatever. I regret paying .99 for this POS...cruddy gameplay. Free with all the IAP is about right for this game. Nobunaga Well-Known Member Jun 2, 2012 1,094 0 0 #9 Nobunaga, Dec 13, 2013 I never bought this. Just checked to see if there was an update for "bug fixes" or some other wording used to ad adverts or change balance for freemium style. No updates since Nov 26. So, maybe free is the new price. Maybe temporary... At least they haven't ruined the game for people that had paid for it And enjoyed it. If anyone did... Enjoy it, that is. I hope it goes back up to a buck. Nobunaga Well-Known Member Jun 2, 2012 1,094 0 0 #11 Nobunaga, Dec 13, 2013 Yeah, too true. Unfortunately that's the state of the AppStore. I think I'm going to file for refunds every time that happens from now on. I know it's against apples user agreement. The bait and switch (as I believe you've called it), or whatever you want to call it, is definitely against user protection laws in many countries though. Anyway, weird trends in the store these days. iSupah Well-Known Member Dec 29, 2012 94 0 0 #12 iSupah, Dec 13, 2013 Agree 100%. This bait and switch trend will continue until some crafty lawyer does a class action lawsuit against Apple themselves earning millions and potentially millions of gamers will win lofty settlements to prevent this trend from crippling the appstore.
