It's such a shame that they haven't had enough interest so they've chosen to do this but it will be great news for people who haven't tried it yet. It has some of my favourite elements a game could ever have - stunning pixel art, levelling up, free exploration, randomly generated levels. It's also quite hardcore in it's difficulty but only in a satisfying way. I really recommend it and the Dev is active on the threads sapphire_neo Well-Known Member Jan 20, 2011 3,936 0 0 #3 sapphire_neo, Dec 16, 2013 Easy recommendation at 99c, especially with more content on the way. I think that's the reason why i skipped this. Cant say no to a buck now. Royce Well-Known Member Mar 22, 2011 4,239 179 63 #7 Royce, Dec 16, 2013 Same for me. This is why devs should have universal builds ready for release. A release is so much more visible than an update. I had lost track of this one and didn't realize it had been updated. That might fix the crashing? But I'm reading it crashes a lot on 4S, and my iPod Touch 5 is basically a 4S with iPhone 5 screen. My Touch is running the latest iOS 7.04. Will the game run OK? Also, I'm not sure I understand the gameplay. PeteOzzy Well-Known Member Oct 30, 2013 4,596 3 0 Norwich, England #18 PeteOzzy, Dec 17, 2013 I wish I could help with the firmware issues but I'm as dumb as can be in areas like that. Gameplay though, consists of picking islands from a large overworld to sail to and then exploring a small-to-medium randomised location controlling like a twin-stick shooter except most combat is melee. You'll collect materials and complete tasks as you go that allow you to allocate points into a skill tree and also, upon returning to base, govern the resource management. It's hard to explain but the level of random to exploring islands and finding a man's request that is totally non-combat is refreshing. In fact, that's the word I'd probably describe the game with - refreshing. It's hard to describe as it's unique, a pretty rare quality these days ninjackid Well-Known Member May 27, 2010 9,380 2 38 #19 ninjackid, Dec 18, 2013 Hmm, your description makes me very interested in this game...
