So you can play the loudest tracks and the heaviest numbers, while taking down demons, straight from the depths of HELL.Your job is to kill 'em all, save the planet, fight the darkness and generally act like a hero. You're equipped with a mighty metal hammer, to crush, smash and destroy an army of creeps, fiends and freaks. The music comes courtesy of the iconic heavy metal label Nuclear Blast. So now, for the first time, you can kill the bad guys, accompanied by bands including Suicide Silence, Epica, Sabaton, Hammerfall, Accept, Immortal, Devilment, Vader, Exodus and Threshold - with even more to come. I don't know what to play lol. I'm all over the place. Edit- what a let down. I can't seem to get into the game. The rythm is just off. It lags also. I keep trying and trying. I've replayed the tutorial 4 times just to make sure it's not me. Anyone else! Billy NOEN Well-Known Member Jul 31, 2012 3,245 0 0 U.S. #5 NOEN, Oct 16, 2015 Yea. I thought this was going to be a side scrolling hack & slash game when I first saw it. I didn't know it was a rhythm game. I gave it a go anyway. Eh, it's "ok". It took a few to get the rhythm down. It's kinda tough get the rhythm of a metal song next to something like hip hop or dubstep. I got to the 3rd level and it just wasn't for me. I dig metal too. I'm sure if you liked the band, it would help a little more though. It's worth a try if you dig the band/bands in it. It's not a BAD game, it just wasn't for me. I'm not a huge fan of rhythm based games anyway. It's just a bummer cuz I was expecting something else. Oh, I couldn't figure out what the hell to press when the blue monsters would show up!! That part lost me. Also, i had one play where it didnt lag, but it seems it's still a bit off sync. Unforgivable for a rhythm game upon release. If anything, im on ipad air 8.4.1. GhostMaker Well-Known Member Mar 1, 2014 48 0 6 #8 GhostMaker, Oct 17, 2015 *sigh* I'm a massive metal fan, and this was a let-down. Firstly, I sometimes skip the first bit, but I do appreciate some sort of a storyline. This game apparently has none. I understand that songs take up space, but for nearly 250MB once installed, I was expecting a lot more fluid physics/animations. There's no hack and slash or enemy sound effects, only the dude when he's injured. It should have been a platformer only, and not a rhythm game. It lags and freezes also. Huge fan of metal and Metal Hammer, and you can't complain for the free price tag, but I would have gladly paid for this game if it would have been done correctly. Anyone agree/disagree? You collect but nothing to spend it on. All upgrades actually cost money which makes no sense on why we are collecting. Cool concept . Developer should take advntage before someone else makes a huge hit game from this. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
