      Okay, its a match 3 RPG game where the top of the screen shows your character fighting the enemy and the bottom / main part of the screen is the puzzle board. I thought the game was called shining sometging but i did a search and cant find it. The game icon is a blueish color

      No thats not it. Its an older game. Probaly a couple years. U fight a monster in each puzzle.

      Okay the game is Shining Core. But when I looked, it seems to be off the app store :(

      Did you purchase that game? If so, you can still go to appstore > updates > purchased. Find it there and download it.
