I am having trouble finding the marsh where i have to talk to violet. has anyone played this? i have been everywhere. thanks

You need to go through the top right exit in the screen. This will take you to the marsh. Use Ceska to freeze a trail through the swamp. She can only freeze one small square area. The path will lay itself out and you will end up at Violets door.
yeah it's the top right exit from town, freeze along the trail of water and lily pads, and you should get to the land at the top right of the screen, where there's a cave.
