I highly recommend both titles and the sale works by gradually increase the price until they are both back at full, so buy early if you're considering this at all. There also used to be a lite version of Bulge for those interested.
If someone was only to get one of these which would you recommend? I'm thinking Moscow since it came out later and might be more refined.
