You may or may not be aware that on February 22 at 1252 hrs (NZDST) a devastating earthquake struck Christchurch, in New Zealand, killing many people, destroying buildings, and leaving everyone reeling. This is the same city had dragged itself up by its bootstraps and was well on its way to recovering from a major earthquake that struck in September 2010. A group of New Zealand developers, PikPok included, have got together to start the App Appeal: http://appappeal.co.nz/ All proceeds from sale of the apps listed on that page for the next week will go to the NZ Red Cross, to aid in the support and recovery effort of Christchurch's citizens.
