I've finished the story some time ago. However, I can't find the 21 last safe house which I think should be in alongquin or whatever it's called. I did the mission where your supposed to receive it but I guess I never went over and got the safehouse. Can anyone tell me the name of the mission so I can replay it? Also which type of mission: for hsin, Zhou,wu etc
