an article was released about putting the game to other platforms http://ds.ign.com/articles/100/1002912p1.html note the developer likes the iphone controls..maybe a hint?
The game looks interesting. In the article it did say that the game needed fast clicks and the iPhone is easy to use to do fast clicks. I would love to try out another TD game more because it is coming from PopCap.
I like the game and would get it for sure if it came to the iDevice, but I lost interest fairly quickly on the PC demo, not sure if the levels get a lot more involved later on in the game, but the first 10 or so levels were terribly easy and not very fun....
What lost it for me was that there was no incentive to excel, if this makes sense. All of the levels were pass/fail with nothing to show for how efficiently you may have completed the level.
Yes, definitely. I'v been listening to his AudioBoo recordings from China. Its pretty awesome. Anyway, I would think it would be hard to bring the game to the iPhone. Too much going on for a small screen.
the game did get more complex the more you played it offering night levels in complete darkness, fog, slanted roofs, and more fun game, would love it on the iphone
I don't think they are allowed to announced the game until the game is close to release but I think they would be crazy if it were to never happen! If it doesn't happen soon then I'm going to predict there will be at least a clone or 2 that beats them to it
