The dlc 'mighty eagle' has been out for a while, but they devs haven't described it like they should. For the longest time, I thought it only helped you skip a level, but I later found out that it adds a whole new gameplay level. You try and destroy the entire field, and if so, get a mark on top of the start rating. This adds a whole new gameplay element that spans across all the hundreds of levels. There are too many people who don't know this and hopefully they will realize that the dlc is worth it.
I actually made this exact point in my review on the UK AppStore. Your right, too many people think it's just a level skip but the Eagle adds a totally new dimension to the Gameplay. Good you should write it here too
The only thing cooler than the Mighty Eagle would be if you could watch a slo-mo replay of the destruction.
I'm one of the people who didn't know about this...I'd assumed that the Mighty Eagle was just a single-use thing. You can use it across the whole game after buying it once?
