I read it but some devs have release dates before it as been approved. And yes, apps can be in the app store before the public can download them.
It has already been approved. We just want to release the game on an appropriate date because of marketing concern

Nice game and looks like it is a slow and balancing game, I have never played this type of game. I would be waiting for the launch of this game.
Bad news. The update has been rejected by apple and we must resubmit it. We actually wanted to release this update which added more levels on 07.30. So guys, please be patient for one more week
