I have recently posted a thread offering to buy someone's game engine with no luck. So I want to offer once more to buy your app. I am willing to spend up to $10,000 on an app. Depending how good it is. If you have an app that is done or close to being done. I would love to see it. I am willing to also buy apps that are already in the app store. If I think there is a lot of potential, then I am willing to spend even more. All I ask is for the game to be decent, bug/crash free. Send me a message if you would like me to see your app and we can go from there.
There's only a few games by Unity that are good. Most lag and take a lot of space. What I've noticed is that a game that should be 5MB takes up 20MB. Sorry, I'm just a hater.
Ya games like Zombieville USA, Skeeball, Ravensword, Battle Bears, Monster Trucks Nitro, Rasta Monkey, Samurai: Way Of The Warrior, and on and on and on.... Nope never heard of any of them
That's only a few of the few... lol make sense? Anyway... This is getting out of hand... Back to OP's thing...
@schplurg Suds McKenzie... Stuntman Dave... Hehe Im done! Ok back to the topic... Op give me your monies.
This has been taken so far off topic, it almost isn't funny. The OP isn't looking for an engine, he is looking for a complete game that he can market and sell. He doesn't seem to be terribly interested in designing games, and requires the game to be bug free. Unity isn't a friggin game. Get back on topic.
I don't known about spending up to 10k on a game to be honest. Lets take Suds McKenzie HD for example. If you were to give us 10k on the game you would have to see at least 7,200 sales at $1.99 to break even. Most devs will never see this in all of their apps combined. I wouldn't know why devs would want to take money if they can potential make more than 10k based on sales history. Only devs like me who haven't hit that sweet spot yet would be interested. If I were you and have that kind of money, I would look into investing in devs and front money for a marketing campaign and do some kind of profit sharing. If your up for that PM me. - Matt
Thank you Flickitty! I saw that there was 14 replies and got excited, hahaha. Thank you for the feedback guys. I have tried to make apps with 4 different companies and it is such a headache and they never seem to get things right. I prefer to just buy the game done. I have had some success with the app store and the games I was selling where not that good. It's all about marketing and I think that is something I can do, or at least hope that I can.
Good Luck, i would just find a good developer who had decent success and team up with him/her so you know your working with good material.
Contact the fellow that made Khromax. I know he's been looking to sell and his asking price is within your budget. BTW, I don't know him personally, I just saw his Flippa post awhile back.
We have a few older products we may be looking to sell which could be suitable for re-publishing. Please check your PM's
