Ok so we all had to fill out a w-9 to become an app developer. So now I have to claim my income over the last year (as minimal as it was). I usually use Turbo Tax. Does anyone know what form or preferably section in Turbo Tax to claim this additional income? Some say royalties but others say commission based. I just want to press the easy button here.

    Thanks for your response!

This will be my first year filing taxes with my app income and I will probably go talk to someone about it. But from what I have been reading it is filed as self employment income if you are registered with Apple as an individual.

this sounds about right - i registered a company; so i can deduct stuff off it before i pay taxes. still, taxes here are quite high.
