In our previous forum post we have shown the game trailer and gave you some basic info about Wizzard Race. Also, we mentioned the three different gameplay modes which are: circuit, time stamp, and massacre – yes its as scary as it sounds!

If you have missed our previous post click on the link to go back and read it http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=230584

This time, we’ll tell you briefly about the Circuit mode.

Circuit mode is played in portrait orientation of the device, where you swipe the screen to move the characters. Here you have to complete 3 circuits of the track to win. There are three lanes in the circuit mode and you can switch from one to another by swiping across the screen.

Sounds simple, until you meet the obstacles. Each track includes a number of obstacles for players; including steel eagle, snake, brick walls. As you progress the speed increases.

In the circuit mode you will have the opportunity to collect gold coins, which can be used to upgrade the broomstick wizard/wonder stick, magic skills and many other mystical things.

Can't wait to have your comments and crits on this mode

Stay tuned for future posts folks.

When I first watched the trailer I thought this was going to be a race against others type of game. Now it seems like mini games. Are you planning on having a mode where you can race against other players? The entire idea of wizards racing on their brooms and use their powers to get an advantage sounds like a fantastic idea. Is anything like this going to be in your game? Good luck on your game! :)

The photos you see above are from circuit mode. The other two modes (timestamp and massacre) respectively are a time trial and a racing battle. We are working towards having it as a multiplayer game where you can race against your friends.

We agree with you that the idea of wizards racing on brooms and casting spells is a good one. That is why the massacre mode of the game is all about using powers to win as you must do everything to stop any of the wizards from winning! We hope you will enjoy the game when its launched.

Attached see photos from timestamp and massacre!

Let us know what ou think about the gameplay screenshots

That's great news. Those first screen shots got me worried, the new ones look amazing!

Sorry but any time someone calls their own game "unique" I immediately lose interest. I've seen that descriptor thrown around so much on the appstore that it actually makes your game sound like every other game out there.
