You should definitely get rid of copyright logo, and your company name from the icon! Makes you look too stuck up
3rd one is better than the others but there is still way too much visual 'nonsense' and effects in there that won't be visible or even worse harm the look and feel of the icon when scaled down. I did a quick mock of a simplified version with more consistent lights and less bevel effects:
